First Professional Management Offers New Services for Business Profitability Business Process Management Division Launched in Boca Raton

BOCA RATON, Florida – August 1, 2009: First Professional Management®, Inc., today announced it will roll out a new Business Process Management (BPM) training and consulting division to augment its staffing services. The new BPM division supports customized staff deployments to FPM’s major clients, and provides mid-sized companies with practical process-based solutions.

The decision to launch the BPM division comes after the successful completion of a certified pilot program in south Florida during April. FPM convened 22 mid-to-high level managers, professionals, and consultants to discuss process improvement methodologies, tools and priorities. Executives shared their critical challenges to model, streamline and automate paper-based processes as a lifeline to optimize resources and cut costs.

FPM featured a hands-on overview of an open source, web-based BPM software suite, ProcessMaker®, to show how state-of-the-art tools can connect people and workflow seamlessly across an organization. ProcessMaker is developed by Colosa of Brooklyn, NY. The service has been adopted by companies in banking, insurance, oil and gas, telecommunications, distribution, and by governments.
